Are the villagers toys?
No. Although we refer to them as custom art “dolls”, they are not toys or intended for children as they have small pieces which can be a choking hazard.
Can my villager live outside?
Well…they could but it would ruin them and be mean. Due to the handcrafted nature, each villager is a unique creation and purely for indoor decorative purposes only.
Can I order a custom villager?
The easiest answer is, Maybe…? Since each villager is an art piece, customization can be tricky. However, we’re open to the possibility. CONTACT us and we’ll see if we can make it happen.
The villager I'd like to adopt is listed as "unavailable".
We apologize for any inconvenience. Since our villagers travel with us to in-person events, they will be unavailable for purchase here on the website during the time they're out in the wild with us. Due to the unique nature of the villagers, we temporarily halt website sales while we're at shows to insure nothing accidentally gets double adopted. That said, sometimes the website will list villagers as unavailable even when they are. Our website is updated after each event, so any villager on the ADOPTION page, should be available. You may need to CONTACT us so we can make sure the website behaves itself.
I saw your booth at a comic con/art/craft show, but the villagers were cheaper. What gives?
Our villagers are always the same price but when purchased here on the website shipping charges are included in the final price. If you are in the northern Colorado area and wish to avoid shipping fees by choosing local pickup, CONTACT us and shipping charges may be refunded.
Can I return/exchange my villager?
Sorry, but no. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

What type of shipping is offered?
All villagers come with standard shipping to the United States.
PLEASE NOTE: Effective June 01, 2024, all shipped villagers will require a signature upon delivery. This requirement is already included in the shipping fees and will not cost any extra. We apologize if this may ruin a surprise delivery if the villager is intended as a gift, but due to each villager being a one-of-a-kind art piece, we must have proof of delivery for the post office to cover any damages should the worst happen. Thanks for your understanding.
Can villagers be shipped internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping to USA and do not offer international shipping.
I need my villagers NOW, can they be shipped faster?

Do you offer local pick up?
YES! We offer local pickup for the Northern Colorado/Front Range Area. If you prefer to pick up your villager in person, please CONTACT us BEFORE placing your order.
